🕒 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please share unboxing video or clear images as proof for quality check.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or altered products.

Custom-printed or discounted items.

💸 Refund Process

Once the returned product is verified, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are processed manually via UPI / bank transfer / original payment method.

Please note: Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange Option

Size exchange is available, subject to stock availability.

In case of size exchange, shipping charges apply for one-way delivery.
